A lab called “innovation lab” will be launched to develop and test new technologies related to blockchain technology.
NTT Communications (Thailand) is an information and communications technology (ICT) solution provider planning to launch the lab. The lab will be launched by the second quarter of 2019. Speeding up the digitization pace across the nation is a purpose of the lab launch.
The president of NTT Communications (Thailand) Manabu Kahara said, “Despite uncertainty surrounding the formation of a new government, technology investment will continue in line with the Thailand 4.0 objective and EEC megaprojects.”
New technologies related to artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) will also be developed and tested through the lab just like the blockchain technology.
Private clouds can be connected with public cloud services through connectivity and managed services of NTT. The public cloud services will be of the US and Chinese cloud service operators. Enterprise can use the connectivity and managed services for this connection.
NTT is also planning for the expansion of its own business in the month of July. This business expansion is planned to fulfill the needs and requirements of financial institutions, online games, online businesses, over-the-top service operators, and cloud service operators.
