eBitcoinics Adds Dash To Cryptocurrencies Lineup

eBitcoinics, a cryptocurrency exchange based out of Ghana announces that it has now added Dash trading pairs. This move will significantly improve Dash’s adoption prospects in the African continent. eBitcoinics is presently catering to several African countries.

It offers trading pairs for a number of major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin. It also offers trading in a couple of minor coins such as Global Reserve Currency and SmartCash. With this initiative, Dash will now be acceptable in selected shopping outlets all over Ghana and Nigeria. It is also possible for customers to now book a hotel and pay with Dash at certain selected hotels in Tamale, Accra, and Tema.

At the moment, eBitcoinics crypto exchange offers trading pairs for the Nigerian naira and the Ghanaian cedi with a lot of different payment options such as PayPal, bank transfer, and mobile money. eBitcoinics is one of the top cryptocurrency exchanges in Nigeria and Ghana.

This initiative of adding Dash to the eBitcoinics platform fulfills an important liquidity requirement in the region, especially Ghana. So far the local demand for buying Dash has marginally exceeded the available supply, thereby stunting the adoption efforts. African lead ambassador, Mahamadu Abdul Salam mentions that with this new integration, the problem of liquidity shortage will be sorted.

According to Dash Force News, presently DiscoverDash lists around nine businesses in Ghana, mostly in the capital Accra and in the northern Tamale area. Along with solving the liquidity shortage issue, it also promises to streamline the adoption efforts pertaining to Dash.

Dash has self-funded this integration initiative into the eBitcoinics cryptocurrency exchange. However, unlike a lot of other integrations that were funded via the core team’s business development department or via treasury proposal, this was crowd-funded by the community. Abdul Salam mentions that this is an efficient and fast way of raising funds without the need to go through other established channels.
