Universa has made a partnership with a Russian autonomous okrug called Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Launching future-oriented projects is a purpose of the partnership. An aim of the partnership is to implement the Digital Economy program. Creating a pilot area related to intellectual digital technologies and services is one more aim of the partnership.
