The Aditya Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan – Series RH scheme with a maturity period of 1281 days aims to produce income through investments in a portfolio of fixed income instruments maturing on or before the maturity period of the scheme.
The close-ended income scheme offers Regular and Direct plans with two options – Growth and Dividend option. The Dividend option offers the sub-options – Normal Dividend sub-option (Payout Facility) and Quarterly Dividend sub-option (Payout Facility).
The Aditya Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan – Series RH (1281 days) scheme will invest 80 percent to 100 percent of its assets in debt instruments including government instruments (excluding money market securities) with low to medium risk profile. The scheme will invest up to 20 percent of assets in money market securities with low to medium risk profile.
The minimum application amount of the Aditya Birla Mutual Fund Fixed Term Plan – Series RH scheme which is benchmarked against CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index is 1000 Rupees and in multiples of 10 Rupees thereafter. The scheme has no entry and exit load charges.
The new Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund aims to gather a minimum subscription amount of 20 crore Rupees under the close-ended debt FMP scheme during the NFO period.
The Aditya Birla Mutual Fund has appointed Mohit Sharma as the fund manager of the scheme, according to KJMC.
Mr. Sharma who will be managing the Aditya Birla Mutual Fund Fixed Term Plan – Series RH scheme started working with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in October 2015, according to The Economic Times. He ran his own healthcare-tech business from June 2012 to May 2015, before joining the Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC. Prior to that, he has also worked in Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank Ltd and Irevna Ltd.
